EMILY HAUSSLER
DIRECTING CHOREOGRAPHER
Emily is from Cincinnati, OH and has been dancing for thirteen years. She received her B.A. in Dance from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018 and has choreographed for a variety of dance productions. Her works explore abstract phenomena through the intimacy of a human perspective using balletic, contemporary and improvisational vocabularies.
SOPHIA PINKHAM
DANCER
Sophia lived most of her life in Virginia and became serious about ballet around age seven. She danced with Loudoun School of Ballet, Ballet Nova, and Skye Ballet Center. As an introvert, she loves how dance can be a form of intimate communication, allowing her to connect with others without verbal interaction. Sophia is super excited about being a part of fine lines between for many reasons, but specifically for the chance to look at social interaction and the opportunity to work with peers in a safe environment where the focus is the creation of art.
EMILIA SANDOVAL
DANCER
Emilia is originally from Sacramento, CA and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee as a dancer with Nashville Ballet 2. She is also a triplet, loves dogs and llamas, and has a growing number of incomplete sewing projects.
SYDNEY BOX
DANCER
Sydney started dancing at 5 years old at her hometown ballet studio in Ohio. She joined their ballet company at 12 years old. During her high school summers, Sydney attended summer programs at Kansas City Ballet and Nashville Ballet. The summer before her senior year, she was offered a traineeship at Nashville ballet and has been dancing there ever since.
Dancing inspires her as a way to express emotion and artistry through the beautiful instrument that is the body. To her, there is nothing more freeing than dancing. Sydney is so excited to be a part of fine lines between and show audiences just how freeing this experience can be.

Emma began her training in Denver, CO in a wide variety of styles and was mentored by former Colorado Ballet principals and assistant directors Jocelyn Labsan and Andrew Thompson. She then furthered her training at Orlando Ballet School, in Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's graduate program, at Ballet Theatre of Maryland, and is currently in the Professional Training Division at Nashville Ballet. She is excited to continue exploring contemporary movement and perform alongside inspiring dancers.
BROOKE CAROTHERS
DANCER
Brooke grew up dancing at several studios in the Houston area. In 2016, she joined Bay Area Houston Ballet and Theater where she danced two seasons. Meanwhile, Brooke was a guest artist in several productions with Juxtapose Arts Collective and PMT Productions. In 2017 she relocated to Vancouver, BC to dance with Coastal City Ballet. In August of 2018, Brooke decided to move back to the south to be a part of the Nashville Ballet’s PTD program where she continues her artistic development.

Teresina is from Merrimack, New Hampshire and is getting her Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration with Southern New Hampshire University. She has had experience working backstage as a stage director and lighting designer in professional theater and ballet performances. Teresina has also danced for 15 years at Southern New Hampshire Youth Ballet, Nashville Ballet and in summer programs with the American Ballet Theater, Miami City Ballet, and Nashville Ballet.

Prior to joining NB2, she lived in Pittsburgh, PA and danced in Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's Graduate Program for two years. Her favorite dance experiences so far have been participating in summer programs with San Francisco Ballet, Nederlands Dans Theatre, and LINES Ballet, and some her favorite ballets she has danced include George Balanchine's Serenade and Western Symphony. Emilia enjoys being a part of the creative process of new works and loves to create and choreograph herself, making her very excited to be a part of fine lines between.
