Emily Haussler

Emily Haussler is a choreographer, dancer, teacher and the Artistic Director of Resilience Dance Company in St. Louis, MO. She holds a B.A. in Dance from Washington University in St. Louis, and has furthermore trained at De la Dance Company, Orlando Ballet, Nashville Ballet, University of Roehampton, and the American Dance Festival. Emily has danced professionally for Emily Duggins Choreography (2019-20), Common Thread Contemporary Ballet (2017), as a Trainee for Nashville Ballet (2018-19), and as a Trainee for The Big Muddy Dance Company (2019-20).  Her choreographic repertoire consists of over a dozen works, including four which were debuted in fine lines between- an independent, self-produced dance concert in Nashville, TN (2019).  Through both her work as Artistic Director and as a freelance dancer/choreographer, Emily focuses on fostering healthy dance communities, empowering fellow artists, and creating insightful, collaborative works.
